Alginate oligosaccharide (Brown algal oligosaccharides) are a new generation of functional oli saccharides, which are obtained by using internationally leading separation and degradation techniques and have a polymerization degree of less than 20. They are composed of brown algal oligosaccharides β- D-mannuronic acid and α- A linear low polymer composed of L-glucuronic acid.
